synapseRT NextGen offers the below test reports:

• Test Plan Execution Report
  This report provides detailed data on execution of each Test Case at each Cycle in a Test Plan. You can also export them as a excel document for offline review and perusal.
• Test Cycle Report
  This report provides detailed data including Test Step execution result on Test Case execution for a given Test Cycle. You can also export them as a excel document for offline review and perusal.
• Requirement Coverage Report
  This report shows the passed percentage of the Test Cases related to Requirements.
• Ad Hoc Test Run Report
  This report will show test result from adhoc Test Case executions.
• Gadgets
  Several testing related gadgets which can be found in JIRA Gadget Gallery.
