Read test plan coverage information from a requirement

1. Click 'Test Plan count' label (a small rectangle with number inside)
2. 'Test Plan Coverage Details' dialog will pop up.
3. It shows below information against the requirement:
   - All test plans from which test cases those are associated to the requirement are executed.
   - Test case percentage (executed) from that particular test plan.
